Gift Vouchers cannot be extended, are non-refundable and non-transferable. Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash. Bookings must be made in advance & the voucher number must be quoted. The actual gift voucher must be presented on arrival. Any reservation made using this certificate will be subject to our normal booking policy. Certificates will be automatically redeemed in the case of a no show. All bookings are subject to availability and change. Gift Vouchers are valid from the date of purchase until the expiry date. We reserve the right to refuse payment by gift voucher if a reservation has not been made or the voucher is not presented. No private information is held by Thackeray’s Restaurant, all website payments are processed securely by Stripe and personal information encrypted.
