From conception to execution we will be there to guide you and ensure that your event is catered for to the highest level.
Menus will be designed under the guidance of Director Richard Phillips by Head Chef Patrick Hill and assisted by former executive Chef, Michelin awarded Christopher Bower. With the collaborative efforts of such an experienced team you can be assured that every detail will be considered, from the quality of the produce to the final presentation. Whether you are looking for a family style dining experience or an indulgent tasting menu, the Thackery’s team can deliver in spades.
All events no matter how large or small will be managed by a member of Thackeray’s management team under the watchful eye of General Manager, Gary Beach, who has been at the helm for over a decade.
