 A fantastic new opportunity has opened for an enthusiastic, driven and creative Chef to work here at Thackeray’s 3 Rosette award-winning restaurant. We are looking for someone who works well under pressure and would like to make their own mark on an already thriving restaurant in Tunbridge Wells.

Ideal candidates:

• AA rosette/ Michelin Star experience preferred
• Team player and able to support colleagues at all times and assist where required
• Adaptable and can multi task
• Work well under pressure
• Great time keeping
• Passionate about food and looking to further their career

• Flexible working days (8 Shifts a week, 2.5 days off together with another half day in the week)

WAITING STAFF / BAR TENDER

Due to demand we are currently recruiting for talented and ambitious waiting staff, runners, Bar tender to complement our existing team at Thackeray’s Restaurant. As an employee of Thackeray’s you will be working alongside some of the most talented and driven individuals working in the area. Full training will be given to enable candidates to maximise their potential and progress a career in professional hospitality.

Key responsibilities –

• Working on shifts patterns up to 6 days a week
• Excellent customer service experience
• Attention to details
• Excellent time keeping
• Team player
• Preparing the restaurant and function rooms ready for service
• Cleaning of silver wear and glasses
• Waiters responsible for liaising with the customer in an appropriate manner and delivering service standards as directed by your manager.

The ideal candidate Must have previous experience of working within a restaurant environment.
